Salary £31,000 per annum plus excellent benefits
Contract: Permanent working 35 hours per week
The Arts team works to develop policy and a long term vision for the arts. We are looking for a new team member who enjoys working at a high level to develop a national picture for the arts and has knowledge, understanding and experience of either theatre or literature. The successful candidate will have well developed analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills and will have worked within the arts sector. They will have the confidence to work with major arts organisations, government departments and other external agencies, understand the creative and business needs of artists and both subsidised and commercial arts organisations and show a commitment to Great Art for Everyone.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an Assessment centre as part of the recruitment process.
