Chair's Blog

My thanks to Surface Impression for setting up this blog (I think!) There are only a few weeks really before new elections so I'll just warm up the blog for the new Chair.

I hope people will be interested in what we're trying to achieve in the last few months before our current arrangement with Arts Council changes in April 2011.
